Mango Jalapeño Popsicle Margarita

2 cups freshly diced mango
1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup water
2 bottles of Chihuahua Limón
Mango paletas and jalapeño to garnish

In a blender, puree mango, jalapeño, lime juice, and water in a pitcher until smooth. Pour the mixture through a sieve to remove pulp. Fill four glasses, top with Chihuahua Limón and add mango paletas and jalapeños for garnish.



Coupe de ville

3/4 fl oz Campari
3/4 fl oz vodka
11 fl oz Chihuahua Rico
Orange, to garnish

In a chilled glass filled with ice, combine the Campari and vodka. Carefully add the Chihuahua Cerveza & garnish with orange and forget all your cares :).


The Beergarita

Salt, for rimming

2 fl oz tequila

1 fl oz triple sec

1 fl oz freshly squeezed lime juice

1/4 fl oz lime cordial

11 fl oz Chihuahua El Primero

Lime, to garnish

In a chilled, salt rimmed pint glass, combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice and cordial.

Fill with ice.

Upend the bottle of beer into the glass. Garnish with lime.
